General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The terms applicable to the purchase and use of Geo Lead services.
Article 01
Seller, scope and customers
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern purchases made on geolead.co and the use of the Geo Lead SaaS service. The seller and publisher is Thomas Casale, individual entrepreneur (EI), trading as Geo Lead, SIRET 878 503 317 00025, whose professional address is 8 rue des Combattants d’Afrique du Nord, 06000 Nice, France, email: thomas@geolead.co, telephone: +33 6 61 91 24 28. VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Geo Lead is available to business customers and consumers with legal capacity to enter into a contract. Mandatory consumer protection rules apply to consumers notwithstanding any provision to the contrary. These GTCS apply in the version accepted when the order is placed.
Article 02
Services, technical requirements and account
Geo Lead provides tools for searching, viewing, unlocking, organising and exporting professional prospect information obtained from Google Maps, public websites and other publicly accessible professional sources, together with search, filtering and campaign preparation features. The precise content of each offer is displayed before purchase. Access requires a compatible internet-connected device, a current browser and, for paid features, a personal account created with accurate and up-to-date information. Registration may use an email address and password or Google authentication. The Customer is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and must promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Geo Lead does not guarantee that a prospect will respond, be interested or become a customer.
Article 03
Order and formation of the contract
Before confirming an order, the Customer can review the selected offer, its essential characteristics, billing period where applicable, number of credits or services, total price and correct any errors. The order becomes binding when the Customer expressly accepts these GTCS, confirms the order with an obligation to pay and Stripe confirms payment. An electronic confirmation is then provided. Geo Lead may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including fraud, manifest pricing error, payment failure, unlawful use or an unresolved previous payment dispute. Contract documents and invoices are made available electronically; the Customer must retain them.
Article 04
Prices, taxes, payment and invoicing
Prices are shown in euros before the order is confirmed. VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The price charged is the price displayed and accepted at the time of the order; future price changes do not affect an order already paid, but may apply to a later subscription period after prior information where required by law. Payments are processed securely by Stripe using the payment methods offered at checkout. Geo Lead does not receive full payment-card details. Payment is due immediately. If payment is refused, reversed or remains unpaid, access to the relevant paid services may be suspended after notice where appropriate. Invoices are issued electronically and are available from the Customer account.
Article 05
Credits, delivery and validity
One-off credit purchases are credited to the Customer account after successful payment. Credits allow the Customer to unlock or export prospect information according to the rules displayed in the service. Purchased credits do not expire, have no usage ceiling other than their available balance and remain valid for the lifetime of the Customer account. They have no cash value, cannot be resold or transferred outside the mechanisms expressly provided by Geo Lead, and are deducted when the corresponding operation is performed. If a technical error attributable to Geo Lead prevents credit delivery or causes an incorrect debit, Geo Lead will restore the affected credits or, where restoration is impossible, refund the corresponding amount. Closing an account does not entitle the Customer to cash reimbursement of unused credits, without prejudice to mandatory statutory rights.
Article 06
Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions are concluded for the monthly or annual period shown at checkout and renew automatically for periods of the same length until cancellation. The subscription price, included credits and features are those displayed before confirmation. The Customer may stop automatic renewal at any time from the account area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and access remains available until then; no new subscription invoice is issued afterward. Amounts already billed are not refunded solely because of cancellation, except in the event of a technical or billing error attributable to Geo Lead or where mandatory law requires a refund. Account deletion must be requested after any active subscription has ended.
Article 07
Consumer withdrawal and refunds
A consumer who concludes a distance contract normally has fourteen days from conclusion to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal by sending an unambiguous request to thomas@geolead.co. If the consumer expressly asks for the service to begin before that period expires, the consumer may owe an amount proportionate to the service supplied before withdrawal. Loss of the withdrawal right for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium applies only where performance began after the consumer's prior express consent and express acknowledgement that the right would be lost, and where the legally required confirmation was supplied. Geo Lead does not rely on an automatic or presumed waiver. Outside mandatory withdrawal, conformity and refund rights, purchases are final and are refunded only for a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge or a technical failure attributable to Geo Lead that cannot be corrected. A request must include the account email, order reference and a description of the issue. This article does not limit any mandatory consumer guarantee or remedy.
Article 08
Customer obligations and lawful prospecting
The Customer must use Geo Lead lawfully, fairly and only for legitimate professional purposes. In particular, the Customer must comply with the GDPR, the French Data Protection Act, rules on electronic and telephone prospecting, opposition lists and any sector-specific rules applicable to the chosen communication channel. Public accessibility of information does not remove data-protection or prospecting obligations. After selecting, exporting or using prospect information for the Customer's own purposes, the Customer generally acts as an independent controller and is responsible for establishing an appropriate legal basis, providing required information, respecting objections and retention periods, securing the data and honouring data-subject rights. The Customer must not use Geo Lead for harassment, discrimination, unlawful profiling, spam, resale of raw databases, intrusion, security testing without authorisation or infringement of third-party rights. Geo Lead remains responsible for the processing for which it determines the purposes and means.
Article 09
Intellectual property
The Geo Lead service, brand, interface, software, documentation, selection and organisation of content and all related intellectual property remain the property of Thomas Casale or the relevant licensors. Payment grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration and within the limits of the purchased offer. No source code, trademark or ownership right is transferred. The Customer retains rights in content entered into the service and grants Geo Lead only the rights necessary to host, process and display it to provide the service. Third-party data and content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Article 10
Availability, maintenance and liability
Geo Lead uses reasonable care to provide a secure and available service but does not promise uninterrupted operation, absolute security, permanent compatibility, exhaustive prospect coverage or error-free data. Maintenance, updates, source changes, network incidents or events outside Geo Lead's control may temporarily affect access. Prospect information may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate and must be verified by the Customer before use. Geo Lead is liable for direct and foreseeable damage caused by a proven breach, subject to mandatory law. For business Customers only, and except for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury, breach of an essential obligation or any liability that cannot legally be limited, Geo Lead is not liable for indirect loss such as lost opportunity, revenue, goodwill or data. Nothing in these GTCS excludes or limits statutory consumer rights.
Article 11
Suspension, termination and force majeure
Geo Lead may temporarily suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or third parties, address a security incident, comply with law, investigate fraud or respond to a serious or repeated breach. Except in an emergency or where prohibited, the Customer will be informed and given a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach. Geo Lead may terminate the contract and close the account for an unremedied material breach, unlawful use, fraud or continued non-payment. The Customer may cease using the service, cancel renewal and request account deletion subject to completion of an active subscription and legal retention obligations. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by an event beyond its reasonable control that could not reasonably be prevented; the affected obligations are suspended for the duration of that event.
Article 12
Personal data
Geo Lead processes account, usage, transaction and support data to provide and secure the service, administer purchases, comply with legal obligations and handle requests. It also processes professional prospect information from publicly accessible sources. Details of the categories, purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention, transfers and data-subject rights are set out in the Geo Lead Privacy Policy. Customers can download an account export and request account and associated data deletion from their account area. A valid deletion request is processed within thirty days, except for data that must be retained by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Article 13
Applicable law, complaints and changes
These GTCS are governed by French law, without depriving consumers residing in another country of mandatory protection afforded by the law of their habitual residence. Complaints should first be sent to thomas@geolead.co. Consumer mediation: [À CONFIRMER PAR THOMAS : nom, adresse et site internet du médiateur de la consommation désigné]. A consumer may use that mediator free of charge after an unsuccessful prior written complaint. Consumers may bring proceedings before any court competent under mandatory procedural law. Disputes between professionals fall within the jurisdiction determined by ordinary applicable rules unless a valid written agreement provides otherwise. Geo Lead may update these GTCS for legal, technical or service-related reasons; material changes affecting an ongoing subscription will be communicated in advance where required. The version accepted for an order remains applicable to that order. This version takes effect on August 10, 2026.
